Dr Mark Mellor

Dr Mark Mellor is a highly experienced Specialist General Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical practice across the UK and Australia. At Hola Health, Dr Mellor provides online consultations for weight management, obesity-related health conditions, and general medical care. 

Mark has a deep clinical interest in obesity and metabolic health. He is the Western Australia state lead for the RACGP Obesity Specific Interest Group and the founder of the Perth Weight Clinic. He holds SCOPE certification and a Postgraduate Diploma in Obesity and Weight Management from the University of South Wales (2025). He has also been awarded the RACGP’s Recognition of Extended Skills in Obesity Management. 

Dr Mellor regularly contributes to medical education and obesity care reform through speaking engagements, mentorships, research initiatives, and advisory roles. He works to bridge the gap between research and patient care, delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment strategies to support long-term health outcomes.
