Is your telehealth bulk-billed?
Yes, with Hola Health, you can speak to a bulk-billing doctor online in minutes for eligible telehealth services if you have a valid Medicare card* (for eligible Medicare cardholders).
For eligible patients, bulk billing applies to after-hours urgent care and script refill consultations during 11pm to 6:45am, 7 days a week.
After-hours urgent care is available for non-life-threatening conditions when your regular GP is closed. This service is not a substitute for emergency care. For life-threatening emergencies, chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, or severe injury, call 000 immediately.
How do I claim bulk billing for the telehealth services?
