Do you have any more questions?

From Telehealth NSW, QLD, VIC, WA to SA, ACT, TAS, NT, Australians frequently have inquiries about their first online GP consultation. Feel free to explore our FAQ section below.

An online doctor consultation enables patients to remotely consult with a doctor via video call. This option is ideal when a physical examination isn’t required or when the patient cannot visit a clinic in person. You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone or any device with a camera, microphone and internet connection to connect with a doctor online. During the consultation, the doctor may ask you questions, understand your medical concerns, and recommend treatments or medications. You can also ask questions and get medical advice from the comfort of your home. Telehealth Appointments are a convenient way to access healthcare in Australia, especially if you’re unable to visit a doctor’s office in person.

During a doctor’s appointment online, you can discuss your medical concerns with your partner practitioner. This includes sharing your symptoms, past medical history and any health-related information to help your doctor understand your condition. Based on this, the practitioner will provide medical advice and may issue medical certificates, eScripts (online scripts), or referrals if necessary.

You can book an appointment with a telehealth doctor using our secure online platform for a non-emergency illness. Simply select the type of consultation you need and proceed to make the payment through our secure payment gateway. Once payment is completed, you’ll be able to connect with a doctor online within 15 minutes.

We are a conformant software provider recognised by the government of Australia, ensuring that any prescriptions issued through our service are valid and legitimate.
