During an online GP appointment, you may be asked questions to understand your medical concerns and recommend treatments or medications. You can also ask questions and get medical advice. Telehealth appointments are a convenient way to access health services in Australia, especially if you’re unable to visit a doctor’s office for face-to-face consultation. During a telehealth appointment, you can discuss your medical concerns with your health practitioner.
