A telehealth doctor appointment enables patients to consult with a doctor via video consultation remotely. You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone or any device with a camera, microphone and internet connection to connect with a doctor online. During an online GP appointment, you may be asked questions to understand your medical concerns and recommend treatments or medications. You can also ask questions and get medical advice. Telehealth appointments are a convenient way to access health services in Australia, especially if you’re unable to visit a doctor’s office for face-to-face consultation. With Hola Health, get 24/7 access to telehealth doctors and health practitioners, even on a public holiday. Whether it is video consultation, pharmacy delivery or specialist referrals, no need to visit a medical centre nearby, simply connect with qualified practitioners in 15 minutes.

During a telehealth appointment, you can discuss your medical concerns with your health practitioner. This includes sharing your symptoms, past medical history and any health-related information to help your doctor understand your condition.  Based on this, the medical practitioner will provide medical advice and may issue an online doctor’s certificate, eScripts (online scripts), or online referral letters if necessary.

You can book an appointment with a telehealth doctor using our secure online platform for a non-emergency illness. Simply select the type of consultation you need and proceed to make the payment through our secure payment gateway.
