Yes, Medicare coverage depends on the type of service and time of day. 

With Hola Health, GP consults for advice and prescription are bulk billed during select hours and mental health care plans are bulk billed anytime if you’re eligible. For all other times, private fees may apply.

At Hola Health, bulk billing is applied automatically if you are eligible for the services. Simply provide your Medicare details during booking. If you meet the requirements, the claim will be processed by Hola on your behalf.  Since there is no upfront fee for the consultation (patients pay nothing), the Medicare rebate will be paid to Hola directly.

If you miss the call from the medical practitioner or GP, the support team will contact you to troubleshoot the issue and reconnect the patient to the doctor. Alternatively, you can contact support@hola.health for any queries regarding your consultation.
