For bulk billing doctor services, there is no need to give your card details. These services are fully bulk billed* under Medicare, where patients pay nothing out of pocket. These services are available during select hours with Hola Health for a valid Medicare cardholder.

Telehealth services that are not bulk billed are payable. Fees are clearly stated upfront before payment. See our pricing page for current rates. You are required to provide credit card details in advance to be billed after the consultation is completed, especially for services like referrals and online medical certificate requests.
It is best to check the website or app to know about the services. If the services are bulk billed, it is stated clearly. If the service is private billing, the prices are stated upfront, with no additional fee or hidden costs.
