Who can use Hola Health?

Anyone in Australia aged 18 or older can use Hola Health. Young people aged 16–17 may be able to access certain services depending on suitability and doctor approval.

• For bulk billing telehealth services*: Patients with a Medicare card are eligible.  
• Those without a Medicare card: You can still access services like 24-hour GP consults by choosing a standard, non-bulk-billed option.

• Medical assistance outside of standard clinic hours, on weekends, or on public holidays.  
• Affordable services like prescriptions, medical certificates, and referrals when there is limited mobility, or you have a busy schedule, or live in a remote location.  
• After-hours urgent care bulk billed for eligible Medicare cardholders during designated after-hours periods(11pm to 6:45am, 7 days a week), and mental health care plans bulk billed for eligible Medicare cardholders at any time. 
• Bulk-billing after-hours telehealth is available every day within minutes during 11pm to 6:45am, 7 days a week for eligible Medicare cardholders.
