If you require a leave certificate for a single day you can request and receive this for just $15.90 via our Online Medical Certificate form . Answer five quick questions and one of our doctors will review the request within minutes, and your medical certificate will be in your inbox within 15 minutes.

Multi Day Leave Certificates
If you require a leave certificate for more than one day, you will need a short video consult with a Hola Health GP. Our doctors can issue medical certificates for up to 7 days of leave.

Online Scripts

Single scripts If you require a single prescription for selected medicines you can request and receive them for just $17.90 via Online Prescription form. Fill out a short form followed by a quick consult with an online doctor to recieve your e-script via SMS within 15 minutes.

Scripts for more than one medicine or for a script with repeats
If you require a prescription with repeats or more multiple prescriptions you will need a standard GP consult.

What is an online doctor consultation?

An online doctor consultation allows a patient to consult a doctor remotely via video call when a physical examination is unnecessary, and/or the patient is unable to present to a clinic in person. Hola Health provides telehealth via video calls and online requests.

What does a telehealth GP consultation cost?

Standard GP consults – $35

Long GP consults – $45

Who provides Hola Health doctors consultations?

Hola Health consults are performed exclusively by Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered doctors.

What can't be prescribed via a telehealth consultation?

The provision of any prescriptions are at the discretion of the doctor who determines the best course of action. Doctors are unable to prescribe Schedule 8 medicines and Schedule 4D medicines via a telehealth consultation.
Schedule 8 and Schedule 4D medicines include but not exclusively;
S8: Alprazolam, Buprenorphine, Dexamphetamine, Fentanyl, Hydromorphone, Lis-dexamphetamine, Methadone, Methylphenidate, Morphine, Oxycodone, Tapentadol and Pethidine.
Schedule 4D: Benzodiazepines (Clonazepam, Diazepam, Oxazepam, Temazepam), Phentermine, Pregabalin, Testosterone, Modafinil, Zolpidem and Zopiclone.
