Yes, Hola offers a bulk-billing script online consults every day after hours, weekends and public holidays (timing applies). All you need is a valid Medicare card. Here’s how it works –

  1. Submit a request within bulk billing hours – Check your local timing and submit a request during the bulk billing hours available on Weekdays 6 pm–7:30 am, Saturday 12 am–7:30 am & from 12 pm, Sunday & Public Holidays 24 hours. Outside of these hours, private billing will apply.
  2. Fill a secure online form – You will be prompted to fill in your details and search for the medication you need from our list. When searching for your medication, please enter the exact name of your regular prescription medication.  You can have your existing medication package handy to enter the exact name in the search.
  3. Video consult with a real Australian doctor – Within 15 minutes, you will be connected with an AHPRA-registered doctor via video. Discuss your needs during the consultation.
  4. Get the script – If suitable, you will get your script instantly via SMS. Simply take it to your local pharmacy for dispensing.
