What medicines can’t be prescribed by Hola GPs?

The provision of any prescriptions is at the discretion of the doctor. Hola, telehealth GPs are experienced and qualified GPs who can determine the best course of action for you during the telehealth consult. Hola doctors are unable to prescribe controlled, addictive medications.

Why can’t I find the medication I’m looking for?    

Some of the common reasons for not being able to find your medication are:   

• The controlled medication – Our doctors are unable to prescribe controlled, addictive medications. We suggest visiting a local clinic to discuss your needs.  
• Meds may not be listed – The medication you’re after may not be available in our medication catalogue. We suggest having a fast online doctor consultation to speak with one of our Australian-registered GPs to discuss the availability, treatment, and your health condition.    
• Medication name is incorrect – You may have mistyped the name of the medication. We recommend checking your existing medication package, so you can enter the exact name in the search.
