Telehealth consults with Hola are convenient and fast — you speak with an AHPRA-registered doctor or medical practitioner via video call and receive clinical advice, prescriptions, referrals, or medical certificates if clinically appropriate. Note: telehealth cannot replace a physical examination. If an in-person assessment is needed, your online doctor or medical practitioner will advise you.

When will I receive an outcome from my telehealth consult?

You will receive your outcome shortly after your telehealth consultation, depending on the type of medical service you require. 

Following your medical appointment, your doctor may provide a prescription, medical certificate, referral or other clinically suitable outcome. 

Please note that prescriptions, referrals and certificates are only provided when clinically appropriate.

Yes. The Hola Health telehealth app makes it easy to access your medical documents, consultation records, prescriptions and certificates in one place.
