Can I access my medical records or consultation notes later?

Yes, you can access your telehealth records and consultation notes with Hola.

The Hola app consists of all your previous records and notes.

These records include consultation notes, prescriptions, referrals, and other shared attachments or files. However, it is important to note that test results cannot be shared with the patient prior to a follow-up consultation to discuss the results. These can be shared with a doctor of your choice, such as your local GP, or can be shared after a follow-up consultation with Hola Health’s doctors.   

Telehealth consultation data can include

• Notes on your symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment  
• Any prescriptions, referrals, or medical certificates issued  
• Any diagnostic results reviewed or requested  
• Any documents or images exchanged during the consultation.
