How do I see my results online?

You can access your results after a doctor has reviewed them with you. This ensures you understand what the findings mean for your health, and ensures that any appropriate follow-up healthcare can be provided to you. For clinical safety, results are not sent directly via email. You must book a follow-up consult for a doctor to interpret them.

The process is simple:

• We text you: Once the lab sends us your results (usually within 5 business days), we will send you an SMS.
• Book a review: The SMS will include a link to book a follow-up consult for just $29 (a 35% discount).
• Access your copy: After you speak with our GP, we can send you a copy of your results directly. 
• Share with your GP: To send a copy to your regular family doctor, just email support@hola.health with your regular doctor’s name and contact details.

Note: We recommend booking your follow-up consult for viewing your results, as professional interpretation is essential to avoid unnecessary distress or misinterpretation of “out of range” markers that may be normal for your specific history.

What if I haven’t heard from you?

It is common for labs to complete their analysis before the final report is sent to our team. Please note that even if a lab confirms your results are “ready” over the phone, they may not have been transmitted to our system yet.

If you haven’t received your results within the expected timeframe, please email our support team at support@hola.health, and we will follow up with the lab and find your results for you. To help us track down your results and provide a quick update, please follow the steps below.

• Step 2 – To find your file quickly, please copy and paste the following template into your email with details:
