How to consult a GP online via telehealth?

  1. Start your booking: Select the “Telehealth Appointment” service and choose your specific consultation type. 100% Bulk Billing is available for eligible Medicare cardholders during designated hours.
  2. Enter clinical details: Fill in your personal information and answer a few brief clinical questions. (Note: You will not be asked for payment details if your request is submitted during an active bulk-billing period).
  3. Connect with a Doctor: Join a secure video consultation with an AHPRA-registered practitioner within minutes.
  4. Receive personalised care: Discuss your health concerns with the GP. If the doctor determines it is clinically necessary for your care, your prescriptions, medical certificates, radiology referral, blood test referral, or specialist referrals will be sent directly to your email immediately following the call.
