How can I claim bulk billing on night doctor consults?

If you are eligible, bulk billing for an after-hours telehealth consult is applied automatically. Hola will process the claim on your behalf.  This is how it works –  

• Have the bulk-billed after-hours video consult by filling out an online form with your Medicare details. 
• After the call, get your script delivered to your phone, if suitable. 
• Sit back and rest up. Hola will take care of your bulk billing claim while you pay nothing out-of-pocket.  

Considerations: 

• Bulk billing after-hours GP consults are available on Weekdays after-hours: 6 pm–7:30 am, Saturday: 12 am–7:30 am & from 12 pm, Sunday & Public Holidays: All day, 24 hours. 
• A valid Medicare card is needed to process your bulk billing.
