Urgent care is fully bulk billed under Medicare in Australia, which means patients pay nothing. All you need is a Medicare card. Hola Health also offers bulk-billed urgent care for non-life-threatening illnesses at select hours, every day, for Medicare cardholders.  Getting urgent care with Hola is fast and easy -
  1. Request a consult in minutes – Select the after-hours consult and complete a secure online form that takes minutes. With Hola, after-hours doctor consultation is bulk-billed at a set time, so you will need to add your Medicare card details to be bulk-billed under Medicare.
  2. Video consult with
an Australian GP – Within 15 minutes, you will be connected to an AHPRA-registered GP via video.
  3. Get scripts on your phone – If suitable, you will get an online script on your phone via SMS.
For life-threatening emergencies, you should always call Triple Zero (000).
