Urgent care is medical attention for non-life-threatening illnesses that need to be treated quickly, but don't require an ED visit.   These services are for conditions that can't wait for a regular GP appointment but aren't an emergency. With Hola Health, you can access urgent care without the wait and speak to a doctor online via video instantly. No need to book an appointment and no out-of-pocket fee if eligible. Urgent care with Hola Health is 100% bulk billed under Medicare. Please note, a Medicare card is needed, and timing applies.

How to access urgent care with Hola?

Simply consult a doctor by filling out a secure form and jump on a video call with an AHPRA-registered GP in Australia within minutes. The consult will be bulk billed during select hours, which are available on Weekdays 6 pm–7:30 am, Saturday 12 am–7:30 am & from 12 pm, Sunday & Public Holidays 24hrs. A Medicare card is needed.
