The urgent care doctor service is fully bulk billed to Medicare across Australia, which means patients pay nothing. You do not need an appointment, all you need is your Medicare card. This service is open all from 11 pm at night to morning 7 30 am, seven days a week for conditions that are urgent but not serious enough for an emergency department.
At Hola Health, bulk billing is applied automatically. Simply provide your Medicare details during booking. If you meet the requirements, the claim will be processed by Hola on your behalf. Since there is no upfront fee for the consultation, the Medicare rebate will be paid to Hola directly.
