Yes, you can present an eScript received from Hola Health at most pharmacies equipped to process electronic prescriptions. Most pharmacies in Australia accept eScripts, but smaller pharmacies might not be able to. It’s advisable to check with the pharmacy ahead of time to make sure they accept eScripts before you go. Alternatively, you can get your script delivered via Hola Health’s pharmacy delivery, same day.

How can I manage my eScripts?

You can manage your eScripts through a Hola Health telehealth app, which is easily FREE to download. The app allows you to store and monitor your prescriptions conveniently, order meds instantly and send you reminders on your repeats. Additionally, your local pharmacy might have developed its own app to help you manage eScripts. It’s advisable to enquire with your pharmacy for more details. You may also manage your eScripts through the Active Script List (ASL). It’s recommended to inquire with your pharmacy for more information on how to use their app or ASL for easy management.  

Get your script online with Hola Health

  1. Select Your Service: Choose the “Online Script” option. Note that 100% Bulk Billing is available for eligible Medicare cardholders during designated hours.
  2. Identify Your Medication: Start typing the first three letters of your medicine. To ensure accuracy, the name must match your current label or packaging exactly.
  3. Complete Your Profile: Enter your Medicare and payment information, then answer a few brief clinical questions. (Reminder: If you are booking during active bulk-billing hours, you do not need to provide credit card details).
  4. Consult with a Doctor: Connect for a brief video consultation with an AHPRA-registered practitioner to review your health needs.
  5. Receive Your Digital Script: Once approved, your e-script is sent immediately to your phone via SMS or email. You can have the QR code scanned at any local pharmacy, or choose Click & Collect or Home Delivery for added convenience.
