Why do I need a doctor consult for my regular medication script?

• If you are currently not taking any medication, you will need to speak to a Hola doctor or health practitioner for medical advice and next steps.
• The medication may not be available in our medication catalogue for online prescriptions.
• The medication may have some specific restrictions, like the age of the patient.

Note: There is no extra charge for any prescriptions, certificates or referrals issued by the doctor following a telehealth doctor consultation like this.
