Yes, some telehealth consults are fully bulk billed under Medicare with Hola. These include –
After-hours bulk-billed GP consults (general medical advice): Available on Weekdays 6 pm–7:30 am, Saturday 12 am–7:30 am & from 12 pm, Sunday & Public Holidays 24hrs
Bulk-billed script consults: Available on Weekdays 6 pm–7:30 am, Saturday 12 am–7:30 am & from 12 pm, Sunday & Public Holidays 24hrs
A valid Medicare card is required. Bulk-billing availability depends on consultation type and time.
What if I do not have a Medicare number?
You can use our consultation service without a Medicare number. However, if you wish to receive an e-script, then you will need to have at least an IHI number. If you do not have a valid Medicare card, you will be required to obtain an Individual Health Identifier (IHI) via https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individual-healthcare-identifiers.
