For bulk billing doctor services, there is no need to give your card details. These services are fully bulk billed under Medicare, where patients pay nothing out of pocket. These services are available during select hours with Hola Health for a valid Medicare cardholder.

For a bulk-billing Mental Health care plan
Though Hola offers an online Mental health care plan that is 100% bulk-billed every day (with no timing restrictions), a hold of $63 is charged on your card until completion of the appointment. After your consultation, the card hold charge will be released.

For a Private fee consultation
Telehealth services that are not bulk billed are payable. The fee is affordable, and Hola uses a secure online payment system for hassle-free payment. You are required to provide credit card details in advance to be billed after the consultation is completed, especially for services like referrals and medical certificate requests.
