Who can use Hola Health?

Anyone in Australia aged 18 or older can use Hola Health. Young people aged 16–17 may be able to access certain services depending on suitability and doctor approval.  

• For bulk billing telehealth services: Patients with a Medicare card are eligible.  
• Those without a Medicare card: You can still access services like 24-hour GP consults by choosing a standard, non-bulk-billed option.

• Medical assistance outside of standard clinic hours, on weekends, or on public holidays.  
• Affordable services like prescriptions, medical certificates, and referrals when there is limited mobility, or you have a busy schedule, or live in a remote location.  
• Urgent care and mental health plans that are fully bulk billed under Medicare.
