How to book a bulk billing telehealth appointment with Hola

No appointment needed — simply fill in a secure online form and connect with an AHPRA-registered practitioner via video. Here’s a step-by-step guide for bulk-billed telehealth – 

  1. Submit your request

You will fill out an online secure form and provide some basic details about your symptoms and Medicare details. No credit or debit card details needed.

  1. Video consult with an Australian-registered doctor

Within minutes, one of our qualified doctors or health practitioners will connect with you via video. This is a standard medical consultation. The doctor will assess your condition your history, and determine your treatment options.

  1. Receive your healthcare

If the doctor or medical practitioner deems it clinically appropriate, they will issue a script immediately. It arrives directly on your phone via SMS. You can then get it dispensed at your local pharmacy. Hola also offers chemist delivery, same day (select areas).
