What if my medication isn’t listed?

There are several reasons for not being able to find the medication you are looking for, including:

• You may have entered the wrong name of the medicine or mistyped the name. We recommend entering the exact name in the search as mentioned in the medication package.
• The medication is not suitable for online prescriptions.
• The medication may be a Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D medication. Our doctors are unable to prescribe controlled, addictive, Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D medications.

If your medication is not listed, it can still be prescribed via a telehealth consultation, as this allows our Australian-registered doctors to better assess your needs.

What do I do if the medication I was prescribed is out of stock?

If your pharmacist informs you of a shortage in your prescribed medication, the pharmacist might be able to suggest a medicine from a different brand that has the same composition.
