Can I get a copy of my test results?

Hola Health cannot provide results directly to patients until the results have been reviewed with you by a doctor.  

Can I get a follow-up consult?

Once your test results are in, you will receive an SMS from Hola stating that your test results are available with a link to book a follow-up consult at a discounted rate of just $29 (35% off). Additionally, you can contact us at support@hola.health if you’d like your results forwarded to your GP.  

 For specialist referrals, you can share your preferred specialist’s details with our GP during your consultation. If the doctor approves your request for a referral to the specialist you choose, the letter will be sent to your email within a few minutes.  

 If you don’t have a specific specialist in mind, that’s fine too. Your telehealth doctor can refer you to an appropriate specialist in your area.

What if I do not get a follow-up consult link text?

If you haven’t received a notification within the expected timeframe, please email our support team at support@hola.health. To avoid delays, ensure you use the same email address you used for your booking.
