How do I get my radiology results?

Once your test result is ready, it will be sent to Hola Health directly by the imaging centre. We will notify you via SMS for you to book a follow-up consult at a discounted rate. If you want the results sent to your regular GP, email us at support@hola.health.

Here’s what you need to know

• Wait time: Most imaging results are ready within 2 to 5 days.
• Notification: We will send you an SMS as soon as your results are received.
• Review: The SMS will have a link to book a discounted follow-up consult to discuss the findings with a doctor.

What if it has been more than 5 days?

It is common for labs to complete their analysis before the final report is sent to our team. Please note that even if a lab confirms your results are “ready” over the phone, they may not have been transmitted to our system yet.

If you haven’t heard from us within five business days of doing your test, please contact our support team at support@hola.health with details of the radiology lab you visited so that we can follow this up for you.

Why do we need this information?

• Finding your records: We often receive emails from addresses that don’t match our bookings. Providing your full details helps us identify you immediately without a long back-and-forth.
• Contacting the right lab: Knowing exactly which lab location you visited allows us to contact them directly to request your files if they haven’t been sent to us yet.
