Your telehealth doctor will review your symptoms and risk factors and may recommend urine testing or in-person care if your symptoms suggest a complicated UTI or kidney infection.

Your privacy matters: the certificate will simply state you’re unfit for work, without disclosing that you have a UTI.
Yes, if clinically appropriate. If your doctor assesses that a bacterial UTI is likely and treatment is safe for you, they may issue an eScript for an appropriate medicine. In some cases, they may recommend a urine test, pathology referral or in-person assessment before prescribing.
Yes. Sexual health is a routine part of medical care. If your symptoms are ongoing, complicated, or require further assessment, your doctor can refer you to a specialist, gynaecologist, or urologist. They may also arrange a digital pathology referral for discreet STI testing at a local collection centre.
