Yes. Hola Health offers Mental Health Care Plans bulk-billed for eligible Medicare cardholders. Available every day with no timing restrictions. Simply book an available appointment and fill in your details.  

If you need a mental health care plan or a referral to a psychologist, our doctors or medical practitioners can help from the comfort of your home. Bulk-billing eligibility is shown during booking.  

How it works  

• Fill in your details in a secure online form. Schedule a call based on available slots.  
• Video consult with an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner to discuss your health condition.  
• If eligible, your Mental Health Treatment Plan will be sent to your email shortly after your consultation. 

Considerations  

• You will need your Medicare card  
• The consultation is for up to 20 minutes  
• A hold of $63 is placed on the card and refunded after the consult.
