Yes. Hola Health offers mental health care plans that are 100% bulk-billed* for eligible patients with a valid Medicare card. There are no time restrictions. Simply book an available appointment, available every day.  

If you need a mental health care plan or a referral to a psychologist, our doctors or medical practitioners can help from the comfort of your home. Bulk-billing eligibility is shown during booking.  

How it works  

• Fill in your details in a secure online form. Schedule a call based on available slots.  
• Video consult with an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner to discuss your health condition.  
• If eligible, receive your instant mental health treatment plan via email.  

Considerations  

• You will need your Medicare card  
• The consultation is for up to 20 minutes  
• A hold of $63 is placed on the card and refunded after the consult.
