- Medical Clearance Certificates
- Centrelink
- COVID Exemptions
- Workers Compensation Certificates
- Bail Hearing Certificates
- Return to work certificate
- Fitness-for-duty or pre-employment medical assessments
- Clearance certificates for workers’ compensation or insurance claims
- Detailed diagnosis or treatment plans on certificates
Certificates that are not be provided:
- Backdated certificates: Hola strictly follows ethical practices and does not backdate certificates, as this is both unethical and potentially illegal.
- No Future Dating: We cannot predict that you will be sick next week.
- Requests with unclear or invalid information: A certificate may be declined if the doctor is not confident about the facts of the matter or if the request is not considered genuine, which is why it's important to be honest during the consultation.
