If you did not receive your telehealth medical certificate before 3 hours -
- Review your contact details. A frequent cause of delivery issues is an incorrect email or phone number entered during the booking process. Even a minor typo can hinder the delivery of your certificate.
- Check the inbox, spam folder or junk folder of your email
- Wait for a stipulated amount of time to see if you may receive it

- While contacting the support team, provide details such as your name, the email id or phone number you used to register to speed up the process.
